Photocopying and Printing
Services
The UCF Library has recently purchased new public photocopying and laser printing equipment. You will need an approved copy card. There are two ways to do this:
Good News! The price for card-vended photocopies has decreased from $.073
to $.07 per copy. Prices for laser printing, micrographic printing (copying
from microfilm or microfiche) and cash-vended photocopies stay at $.10. The
Library aims to keep prices level while also delivering high quality copy and
laser printing services. For additional information or to comment on the Library's
copy and printing services, contact Frank Allen, Associate Director for Administrative
Services at (407) 823-2564 or fallen@mail.ucf.edu. See the library map for the
location of the copiers http://library.ucf.edu/map.htm.

The Main campus library provides students with computers to conduct research
as well as word processing, check e-mail, and search the Internet. The computers
that are used for research purposes are located on the second floor near
the Reference Desk. The computers that students can utilize for word processing
and to check e-mail are also located on the second floor across from the
Circulation Desk. You can choose to print information, save the information
on a disk, or in some cases, e-mail the information. For assistance in using
the computers and research databases, contact a librarian at the Reference
Desk. See the library map for the location of the computers ![]() |
The main library provides quiet study areas located on the first, fourth and fifth floor. In addition to these areas, study rooms are available. Study rooms in the library can be reserved for 2 hours. When demand for the rooms is high, renewals will not be made. However, if there is a room after 15 minutes, the patron can reserve a room again. Renewals are not automatic.
